We are seeking a LTD Benefit Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong math aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft office products, and excellent communication skills. The role involves calculating pre-disability earnings, reviewing claimant return to work earnings calculations, and ensuring the accuracy of benefit components in the claims payment system.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two to five years of work related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office products with strong Excel skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer orientation
- Group Disability Experience, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field, preferred
