As we expand globally, we’re seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative – EMEA (SDR) to help fuel that growth. If you're motivated, curious, and eager to build something meaningful, this could be your next big move.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and follow-ups on marketing campaigns.

  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the senior sales team.

  • Own your KPIs and lead pipeline — we want someone who thrives on hitting targets.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop creative outreach strategies.

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot) and leverage prospecting/sequencing tools.

  • Continuously researching and identifying new leads to keep the pipeline full and healthy.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • 2-3 years experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.

  • Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools (like Outreach, SEMRush, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter with a positive, “hunter” mindset.

  • Language proficiency: fluent in English (Italian and/or any other other European languages will be a plus)
