Marketing Executive - Chinese Speaking

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

This role involves working closely with both the marketing team and cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, and a solid understanding of the Production process.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate between China factory and local
• Collect the demand forecast from all customers.
• Issue Master schedule report to management review .
• Provide master delivery schedule (MDS) for all customers to internal related departments.
• Provide Sales Forecast , Sale order report and shipping plan to management review.
• Know customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
• Issue Shipping Documents relied on delivery schedule for internal related departments used.
• Analyze and prepare information for new project on hand to meet production and smooth shipping plans.
• Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor .

Knowledge / Skills/ Competencies:

• Good Knowledge of an electronics/contract manufacturing environment .
• Good understanding of specific customer 's business , Organization product and process
• Knowledge of computer applications such WORD , Excel , Powerpoint .
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and working under tight time deadline .
• Ability to evaluate , Prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion .
• Ability to communicate effectively ,Both verbally and in writing , with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Able to communicate in English , Prefer Chinese as well .

Education : Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience

• Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Prefer who experience program QAD
• Able to communicates in English & Chinese.
