Responsibilities:
- Slack admin (eg change CS team to guests)
- Use shoviv or other tool to archive mailboxes from google workspace to pst
- Audit Netsuite users list
- Audit mailgroups: Graphus-users, Hexcladcorpus
- Audit slack-users list
- Audit and manage Shopify user permissions
- Audit Shopify charges
- Redpoints - review and action infringements
- Audit Datto machines list, recommend or action changes
- Audit logins list for web apps - Klaviyo, Postscript, Decile, etc
- Produce, audit, and recommend cleanup for monthly software-by-computer list from Datto
- DMARC reports review and action
- Implement data retention activities
- Administer cybersecurity training (Bullphish) projects as they arise
- Plan and implement 1password
- Plan and implement formalized shared google drive usage
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Great multitasking skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Cybersecurity experience
- Experience with tools listed above required
