A leading brand in the natural beauty and skincare industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster meaningful partnerships with influencers. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience demographics.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators who align with brand’s values and aesthetic.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and partnerships with influencers and agencies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling campaign briefs and content guidelines for influencers.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis of key metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to optimize influencer strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all influencer-generated content aligns with Olivia Care’s brand guidelines and values.
- Track and manage influencer budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and within allocated resources.
- Coordinate product seeding and gifting programs to maintain relationships with influencers and amplify brand advocacy.
- Implement influencer activations and events to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or related industries.
- Strong network of relationships with influencers and content creators across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and blogs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
