Key Responsibilities:

• Issue Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve any and all Amazon-related issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to our client’s business operations.
• Problem Discovery and Fixing: Proactively discover potential issues within the Amazon marketplace and implement effective solutions to rectify them.
• Expert Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to expert for fixing BS (Bad Situations) on Amazon, using your extensive knowledge and experience to maintain a smooth operation.
• Flat File Upload Expertise: Manage and execute flat file uploads with precision, ensuring accurate and efficient updates to product listings.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving our client’s Amazon marketplace operations and implement best practices to enhance performance and sales.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all activities are in compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Amazon marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central preferred
• Familiarity with Amazon advertising and marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of effectively resolving Amazon-related issues.
• Expertise in flat file uploads and data management on the Amazon platform.
