The ERP team within our IT Service center in the Lisbon area manages our global SAP operation and we are currently looking for a SAP SD Specialist to join the team in our Lisbon office.
As SAP SD Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, building, deploying, and maintaining ERP functionality in the SAP Logistics (Order2Cash, Purchase2Pay) area in close cooperation with the business, other ERP functions and integration engineers of external systems.

Responsibilities

✔️ SAP SD (SD – Sales OTC, Service Confirmation, Pricing and IDOC)
✔️ MM – Purchasing and Contracts Management (NO supply chain/stock management)
✔️ PS - Project System (Settlement and Result Analysis)
✔️ Business Analysis and Requirements Management
✔️ Configuration changes and Customization of required functionality

✔️ Integration with external systems

✔️ Maintenance and Support according to SLAs
✔️ Data migration
✔️ Documentation of Changes, providing user guides
✔️ User Training
✔️ Partnering with developers, integrators, stakeholders etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP SD, optimally hands-on knowledge in new implementations and SAP rollouts
• Good understanding of Logistical processes
• Fluent English
• Good communicator and team player
• A Plus: Workflow, Vendor Invoice Management, Project System knowledge
• SAP certification is also a plus
