Job Description

The Achieve Resolution Product and Engineering team is an Agile-based organization composed of 100+ product and engineering professionals. The teams are outcome-oriented, data-driven, and empowered to solve business problems. We measure success not by the number of features built, but by the value delivered.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is well-versed in conceptualizing, designing, executing and refining consumer-facing, digital acquisition experiences. They will collaborate tightly with a team of researchers, designers, engineers, BI analysts, as well as stakeholders in Marketing and Sales to scale our consumer experience through new feature development and rapid experimentation. This role is highly visible and reports results regularly to senior and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have highly effective communication skills, exceptional time management skills, and an entrepreneurial and proactive problem-solving approach. They will be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization, whether it be senior leadership of the company, members of the technology organization, front-line members of the sales team, or prospective clients. They should be data-driven but comfortable with ambiguity.

Who you are:

  • First and foremost, you are collaborative and a relationship builder. You are customer-obsessed and care deeply for their experience. You hate to see users fail to accomplish their goals and you’ll work hard to prevent that from happening.

  • You’re an entrepreneur who has taken ownership of something big and drives business outcomes (and communicates those outcomes to senior leadership)

  • You’re an analytical thinker who has turned data into stories to influential business processes.

  • You’re a hustler. You have pushed the pace and challenged the status quo to help your team succeed.

  • You’ve got strong product chops and know how to manage the software development lifecycle.

Who we are:

  • Achieve is a family of companies that takes a people-first approach to financial services, using technology to empower consumers to overcome debt and create a brighter financial future. We are committed to helping people achieve better financial outcomes and gain control of their personal balance sheet. We care about our customers a lot and have helped millions of people find solutions for their financial needs. We keep our core values at the top of our mind and live them out everyday:

  • Care (for everyone): We show compassion and contribute to the well-being and growth of those around us. We only pursue products that improve the financial lives of our clients.

  • Act with Integrity (every time): We take the right action even when it is hard and even when no one is watching. We treat our employees, clients, and communities the way they wish to be treated.

  • Get Better (every day): We innovate, iterate, and improve each day. We are creative, take thoughtful risks, and ultimately learn and recover from failures.

  • Collaborate (with everybody): We strive to work together toward a common purpose by proactively sharing information and inviting participation. We recognize the perspective of various groups and embrace healthy, constructive debate.

Qualifications

  • Outcome-focused, data-driven mindset

  • Creative problem solver with a focus on delivering value

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience

  • College degree, preferably in business or technology field of study.

  • Fintech, lending or banking experience is highly desired.

  • User-centric approach to product iteration with solid design sense and experience with consumer-facing digital experiences

  • Solid understanding of key marketing metrics and how digital customer acquisition works across channels.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and rigorous thought process.

  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment in which you will need to simultaneously manage multiple projects that vary in scope and complexity

  • Demonstrable experience working across disparate business, technology, and vendor teams to shape product vision and deliver solutions

  • Demonstrable experience resolving conflicting priorities, dispelling ambiguity, and gaining alignment among stakeholders

  • Strongly data-driven and technical: you have a track record of leveraging your ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, run quantitative tests, and inform product decisions, leading to lift in critical metrics
