About the Role
As an Integration Consultant, you derive (or further clarify) requirements from customers, design Solutions in collaboration with the Integration Architect and take ownership of having those Solutions executed by the Developers.
You will take the Lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing more complex applications, as well as providing production support, meeting defined scope, target dates with minimal or no defects. As an Integration Lead/Senior Developer, you will be responsible for clarifying requirements, designing robust integration solutions (in collaboration with IA), and overseeing their execution. This role involves hands-on analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex applications, specifically utilizing expertise in Informatica ETL and MuleSoft Integrations. You will also provide production support, ensuring solutions meet defined scope and target dates with minimal or no defects.

Responsibilities
- Requirement Translation: Deeply understand client business needs and translate them into scalable, secure ETL solutions, Master Data Management (MDM) hubs, and high-volume data pipelines, primarily leveraging Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter/MDM SaaS) with supporting MuleSoft API connectivity.
- Solution Design: Translate complex client requirements into resilient architectures, strategically choosing between Informatica for data-heavy workloads, MDM for multi-domain data mastering, and MuleSoft/Boomi for real-time application integration.
- Execution Excellence: Lead the end-to-end implementation of integration solutions and MDM deployments, ensuring strict adherence to global architectural standards, data governance protocols, and ETL/iPaaS best practices.
- Team Orchestration: Deconstruct complex integration flows and MDM match/merge logic into actionable development tasks; oversee the engineering lifecycle to ensure efficient delivery and provide technical "unblocking" when the team hits architectural hurdles.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary technical consultant for the client, driving high-level design workshops, data modeling sessions, system demos, and architectural steering committee calls.
Required Qualifications
- Certifications: Informatica Certified Professional (PowerCenter, IICS, or MDM) required; Informatica Architecture Specialist or Cloud Data Integration certification highly preferred.
- Strategic Consulting: Deep consulting background with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-performance ETL architectures, MDM solutions, and complex data integration strategies.
- Scalable Data Design: Demonstrated expertise in building scalable, secure, and resilient data pipelines leveraging IICS or PowerCenter, with a specific focus on Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and entity resolution.
- Integration & MDM Implementation: Proven experience in implementing Informatica MDM (Multidomain or SaaS), including data modeling, match/merge rule configuration, and integrating MDM hubs with downstream/upstream systems via APIs or ETL.
- Multi-Project Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple enterprise-level clients or workstreams simultaneously, ensuring technical excellence across diverse data and master data ecosystems.
