1Password is seeking a Senior Manager Implementation and Onboarding to lead the team responsible for understanding customer relationships and desired outcomes, building launch plans, and helping customers get the most out of 1Password's products. The role requires a player-coach mindset, strong technical depth, and a human-centric approach to solving problems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in post-sale SaaS roles
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Proven experience leading both IC technical teams and specialized technical roles
  • Strong familiarity with security, identity, or IT administration domains
  • Strong technical foundation with credibility to guide senior technical professionals
