MoeGo is hiring an Inbound Sales & Onboarding Manager to lead the Sales and Onboarding function for customers proactively reaching out to MoeGo. The role requires leading a team, developing systems and coaching, and owning the onboarding process for small business customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, onboarding, implementation, customer success, support leadership, or a closely related customer-facing role.
  • 1+ years people leadership experience, or strong evidence of leading coaching and performance management in practice.
  • Strong coaching fundamentals: you can raise capability through feedback, practice, and standards.
  • Proven ability to run difficult conversations and hold accountability professionally.
  • Calm escalation leadership under pressure, with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Data fluency: you can define metrics, interpret trends, and build criteria for reporting (including logic-based filters).
  • Systems mindset: you can turn messy reality into repeatable processes and team rhythms.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, CS, and Ops.
  • Schedule flexibility for weekly evening collaboration with a China-based team.

Launched in late 2019, MoeGo was envisioned to reshape the technology infrastructure of the burgeoning pet economy. The team, largely composed of pet owners themselves, empathized deeply with the challenges faced by their customers. This empathy translated into a commitment to building high-quality software and providing exceptional customer support, treating their clients as integral parts of the MoeGo team. They actively sought feedback, even creating a Facebook community led by their Chief Customer Success Officer, MoeGo Lily, to foster direct communication and gather insights.
