I’m seeking a responsible position in the HR department where I can apply my experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing, performance management, process streamlining, and employee engagement.

At Goldman Sachs, I helped set up the offer and onboarding team in India and streamlined the onboarding process to enhance candidate experience. I created standard operating procedures for offer and onboarding, and structured employment offers for APAC candidates.
