I'm a Project Coordinator and Project Control professional with over 3 years of experience at Huawei Tech Investment, supporting large-scale technology infrastructure projects across Indonesia. My expertise includes project planning, execution monitoring, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue management, project administration, and performance reporting.

Throughout my career, I've coordinated three concurrent projects covering 288 sites, supported implementation readiness across four projects involving 422 sites, and contributed to project closure activities associated with USD 54 million in revenue. I also helped reduce the billing cycle from 47 to 36 days through improved document verification and progress tracking.

I'm experienced in working with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and field stakeholders to monitor deliverables, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate project information.
