I'm seeking cloud technology, data analytics, or AI roles where I can combine operational excellence, bilingual communication, and growing AWS skills to deliver immediate value.

I've spent 15+ years turning operational challenges into organized, technology-driven solutions, most recently at Princeton Community Housing. I built tracking systems, automated enterprise device tasks, and redesigned workflows that reduced issue resolution time from about 12 months to 2 months.
