What I'm looking for

I’m eager to contribute accuracy and curiosity to a data team, using my analytics training to turn data into clear insights for business decisions.

For my Telco Customer Churn Analysis project, I cleaned and validated 7,043 customer records across 21 attributes, creating an analysis-ready dataset. I used Excel, SQL, and Power BI to examine churn patterns and track key customer and revenue KPIs.

My analysis found higher churn associated with month-to-month contracts, short tenure, fibre-optic internet, and electronic-check payments. I built an interactive dashboard with slicers and drill-downs, then presented retention recommendations such as contract upgrade offers and early-tenure engagement.

At Concentrix, I worked as a Customer Support Executive, resolving customer issues and earning a 100% PSAT score every month. I also tracked performance metrics and identified recurring customer issues.

I’ve trained in data analytics through Cisco Networking Academy and Forage simulations with Tata and Deloitte. My English Literature background informs how I interpret information and explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
