My Dunnhumby Retail Commercial & Marketing Analytics project turned 2.5M+ POS transactions into a Power BI dashboard tracking $7.45M in net revenue against $1.40M in discounts. It surfaced discount depth of up to 38% in peripheral categories and a $3.34M untracked loyalty opportunity.
For Online Retail II, I used SQL to clean 500K+ transactions and calculate RFM scores, then built a Power BI dashboard with cohort retention and customer tiers. The analysis identified $1.59M in at-risk revenue from unengaged customer segments.
In my IBM Telco Customer Churn & Retention Analytics project, I analysed 7,043 customers and found churn drivers including month-to-month contracts and electronic check payments. A DAX model showed that converting 20% of high-risk month-to-month customers to longer contracts could preserve $290K+ in annual revenue.
At Concentrix, on the Expedia process, I supported property hosts with dashboard issues and reservation overlaps, escalating complex cases and following them through to resolution. I maintained a 100% partner satisfaction score, and I bring an English literature background to explaining findings in clear, plain language.
