What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Revenue Operations role in an international SaaS environment where I can own billing/order-to-cash workflows, improve revenue accuracy, and partner with Sales and Finance to resolve escalations and drive better processes.

I’m a Revenue Operations professional with 4+ years of experience in SaaS and National enterprise environments, specializing in billing operations, order-to-cash workflows, and revenue support processes. I manage end-to-end billing and order-to-cash workstreams, processing and validating complex revenue-related transactions using Salesforce, NetSuite, and Fusion.

I work closely with Sales, Finance, and Renewal teams to resolve complex Business Requests, CPS escalations, and revenue discrepancies—handling invoicing, credit memo creation, and revenue-related issue resolution for enterprise customers. I’m also focused on data accuracy across CRM and billing systems and supporting monthly and quarterly billing cycles, while continuously contributing to process improvement. Outside of work, I’m studying Psychology at the University of Szeged, driven by behavioral analysis and structured problem solving.
