Zoe Brown

I am an Associate Registered Nutritionist with three years' experience providing personalised nutrition guidance to international clients based in Tokyo. I specialise in women's health, family nutrition and child nutrition, supporting clients through childbirth, postpartum recovery and menopause.

I built and managed a freelance portfolio delivering virtual consultations, personalised meal plans and educational materials on menopause, postpartum recovery and allergy-friendly diets. I prioritise evidence-based practice and practical, culturally aware recommendations informed by work across Japan, the USA, Australia and the UK.

As co-founder of Eco h ako, I developed nutrition-focused resources and healthy lunchbox programs for school-aged children and led marketing, client communications and operations. I enjoy creating workshops and client education that make nutrition actionable for busy families.

I hold an MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from UCL and bring prior corporate program and business-management experience. I communicate fluently in English and work effectively via telehealth and virtual platforms.
