Prepared and delivered patient meal trays according to dietary requirements while following sanitation and PPE protocols. Collaborated with nursing staff to support safe meal delivery.

Completed scheduled and staff-relief clinical rotations across inpatient and outpatient settings, including nutrition-focused physical exams, nutrition diagnoses, and medical nutrition therapy. Used EPIC for patient assessment, charting, and care documentation.
