I’m an Assistant Team Lead with 13+ years of diverse experience across operations, sales, and production. I currently serve as an Assistant Team Lead at Healthreconconnect, where I developed a consistent approach to improving day-to-day performance through coaching and collaboration.

From 2021 to 2024, I worked as a Senior Operations Analyst at Healthreconconnect, developing and implementing new training initiatives for employees. I created and maintained daily, weekly, and monthly reports for managers, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Earlier, as a Sales Executive at Stone ‘N’ String for 8 years, I analyzed customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement. I participated in weekly sales meetings to review performance and strategize for future growth while building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key decision makers.

Before that, I started in production as a Production Associate at INNODATA ISOGEN, monitoring production lines and identifying areas of improvement to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. I also hold a Diploma in Information Technology, and I bring a problem-solving mindset—train team members, collaborate across departments, and troubleshoot issues until operations run smoothly.
