What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my e-commerce, sales, customer service, administration, and web development experience while continuing to grow my digital and commercial skills.

I founded Mazmerize, a multi-category online and offline retail business launched from scratch with zero external funding. I managed products including perfume, jewellery, abayas, fashion, and Islamic wear.

I handled the business end to end: bookkeeping, inventory, supplier negotiations, imports and exports, customer care, and an online storefront. I also used social media to drive sales and build a loyal customer base.

Alongside my business, I create and customise client websites using AI-powered design tools. I translate briefs into functional, visually appealing web pages and independently manage communication, revisions, and delivery.

Previously at Uniquely URS, I sold customised products and managed the full customer journey from enquiry through post-sale support. I'm continuing to build on my HTML and CSS foundation through web development and coding study.
