As a dedicated retail and administrative professional with over three years of experience, I have honed my skills in customer service, inventory management, and administrative support. Currently, I run a successful Etsy store, where I manage all aspects of the business, from design and marketing to customer service and order fulfillment. I was responsible for daily banking reconciliation, invoice filing, and team coordination during store-wide stock takes.
