I'm looking to build scalable knowledge, content governance, and AI-assisted workflow systems that help regulated operations teams make faster, more accurate decisions and adapt confidently to policy change.

At Coinbase, I lead Knowledge Management and change enablement for Compliance Operations, building the financial crime investigations knowledge repository across EDD, Screening, and TMS from the ground up.

I've created a compliance style guide, 30+ SOPs and procedures, and content audit systems. I migrated legacy content into AI-readable formats, reduced EDD and Screening libraries by 60%, and automated archival work to cut manual effort by roughly 70%.

My work connects complex regulatory requirements with practical workflows for operations teams. I'm building AI agents that answer analyst questions from ringfenced procedure documents and flag escalations while supporting rapid policy changes.
