Zenon Kulyk

I’m a technology and program management leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations turn complex ideas into successful outcomes. Throughout my career, I’ve led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, modernized enterprise systems, and built strong partnerships between technical teams and business leaders to deliver meaningful results.

I hold a Master of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). My experience spans enterprise program management, software development, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity coordination, financial management, and operational leadership across government, manufacturing, and technology environments.

Most recently, I managed a $60M+ portfolio supporting the U.S. Department of Energy, overseeing more than 50 enterprise applications and systems. I led multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and user support, ensuring projects aligned with strategic goals while maintaining high levels of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

I’m passionate about solving complex problems, improving processes, and creating environments where teams can thrive. Some of the initiatives I’m most proud of include leading a virtualization migration that reduced annual costs by $450K and driving a microservices modernization effort that generated more than $300K in savings while improving scalability and long-term system performance.

In addition to my corporate experience, I founded and continue to lead AZen Inc., where I designed and developed a proprietary production management platform that has supported manufacturing operations for more than 20 years. This entrepreneurial experience has strengthened my skills in product strategy, software development, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.

What motivates me most is helping organizations navigate change, build stronger teams, and deliver solutions that make a lasting impact. I enjoy mentoring others, fostering collaboration across diverse groups, and translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
