What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a paraprofessional or behavior support aide position where I can support children’s development, use positive behavior management, and help create a safe, structured learning environment while continuing to learn and grow.

I’m a dependable college student pursuing an associate degree in Criminal Justice through the University of Phoenix (Arizona). I’m drawn to roles where I can support children’s development through calm, consistent routines and positive behavior management.

Through my work in fast-paced customer service and as a self-employed childcare provider, I’ve built strong communication and interpersonal skills while supervising children in a safe environment. I guide behavior using redirection and reinforcement, assist with homework and educational activities, and work with parents to share progress and concerns.
