I own queue.place, a live TypeScript product that brings walk-ins, reservations, billing, CRM, documents, and help into one app. I designed its data model through versioned SQL migrations and built establishment-scoped CRM workflows for guest profiles, visit histories, and scheduled campaigns.
I also built an owner support assistant grounded in published product documentation, with moderation, rate limits, and API-usage logging. I use Claude Code and Cursor in my implementation workflow, and review diffs and tests before production releases.
At AnswerIQ, I contributed to a multi-tenant React and TypeScript SaaS with OpenAI FAQ generation, Shopify publishing, Stripe subscriptions, and workspace access controls. At Codefrost, I contributed to a credit-union member app with financial request flows for withdrawals, transfers, and loans.
