I'm looking to contribute my medical assisting, phlebotomy, and bilingual interpretation skills in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment focused on accurate communication, compassionate patient care, and strong team support.

At Middletown Urgent Care, I support up to five providers at a time, manage high-volume patient flow, perform intake, vital signs, venipuncture, EKGs, point-of-care testing, immunizations, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

I've also provided Spanish medical interpretation at Duke Children’s Primary Care North Durham and Duke Regional Hospital, helping patients and families understand diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and procedures. Through Interactions LLC, I translate healthcare, insurance, retail, customer service, and administrative content while preserving meaning, intent, and cultural context.
