At Oregon Community Development, I led program development initiatives to improve public health outcomes and community engagement. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and tracked KPIs including deadlines, completion rates, and response times.
As Program Coordinator at Sunstone Way, I coordinated day-to-day operations for a transitional housing program and monitored capacity, occupancy, and participant movement. I also assisted with program planning and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Earlier, I developed outreach and recruitment strategies at Pacific NW Professional School and managed program resources at Save Refugees Oregon. I hold a BA in Community Development and Organizational Change from Portland State University and a CPM - Certified Project Manager certification from Google Course.
