What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an admissions or administrative role where I can guide students or clients through important decisions, manage accurate records and pipelines, collaborate across teams, and improve processes that strengthen the customer experience.

I'm currently managing the full admissions lifecycle for HyperionDev's online bootcamps across the UK and Australia, from application processing and documentation compliance to enrolment and CRM records.

I engage more than 100 prospective students daily through phone, email, SMS, live chat, and video, helping them assess programmes, study pathways, career outcomes, and payment options.

At Regenesys Business School, I managed student applications and registrations, maintained accurate enrolment data, prepared quotations and payment documentation, and coordinated consultations and information sessions.

I've also supported administrative operations, sales, community outreach, and marketing. I bring organised follow-through, practical communication, and a focus on improving the student experience and admissions workflows.
