Diagnosed and fixed major performance issues, reducing page loads from over 60 seconds to a few seconds, and added features like order-status tracking and improved catalogue navigation. Cleaned a compromised WordPress installation and deployed the redesigned site on OVH hosting.

Modernized a Laravel application from version 8 to 12, upgraded to PHP 8.3, replaced Laravel Mix with Vite, and refactored business data while preserving compatibility with historical production data.
