What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a communications or program-focused role where I can coordinate operations, engage communities and stakeholders, lead and support teams, and create clear, effective communications for diverse audiences.

I direct summer programming for Montgomery County Recreation, serving 60+ participants through coordinated staff, schedules, activities, facility spaces, and daily operations. I also communicate with parents and participants, lead staff meetings, and turn program procedures into clear training guidance.

At Montgomery County Public Schools, I support 50+ students weekly with individualized writing guidance and actionable feedback on grammar, organization, structure, and clarity. With an M.A. in Organizational Communication, I bring writing, editing, stakeholder communication, and program coordination to work with diverse audiences.
