What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a compliance or operations role where I can apply identity verification, account auditing, risk review, and detailed case documentation in a high-volume environment with clear quality standards.

At Call Center Services International, I conduct SCRA eligibility reviews and identity verification for repossession accounts, validating military status, government IDs, and legal documents under U.S. compliance rules.

I process around 60 repossession accounts daily while auditing electronic loan folders, researching lienholder and non-obligor information, and documenting approval-ready notes that support accurate downstream decisions.
