My strengths include effective communication, negotiation skills, and sales techniques, supported by strong customer service excellence. I’m comfortable working with computer literacy needs, typing proficiency, and general computer skills, including Microsoft Word expertise.

I can also support front-line operations using point of sale (POS) systems and cash register management, with additional experience in retail sales. Beyond that, I bring practical, hands-on capabilities from culinary skills, restaurant operations experience, mowing services, and snow plowing.
