At FACT, attached to Jordan Islamic Bank, I performed end-to-end QA for banking technology solutions, validating functionality against business requirements and customer workflows.
I tested digital banking journeys across Android and iOS, including KYC, authentication, QR functionality, card issuance, payments, and Apple Pay. I designed and executed test cases, tracked defects, and retested fixes with business and technical teams.
On the TIQ Electronic Wallet project, I tested critical banking workflows across mobile platforms. My other academic projects included analyzing requirements for an accessible web solution and evaluating business processes with Odoo.
