I’m a Junior Recruiter with hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding support, and talent pipeline management across recruitment, agency, and freelance environments. I’ve supported high-volume hiring across multiple roles, coordinating candidates and freelancers remotely while managing end-to-end hiring processes independently.

At Al Rawabit International Recruitment LLC, I screened and shortlisted 15–20+ candidates monthly across multiple job roles, while maintaining and updating candidate databases and 100+ employee records. I coordinated interview scheduling between candidates and internal stakeholders and supported onboarding documentation including visas, insurance, and compliance paperwork to keep recruitment records accurate and on-process.

Beyond recruitment, I also build talent networks through Independent Creative Projects and freelance coordination, identifying and engaging remote freelance talent based on project needs. With experience supporting HR administration and even running social media strategies, I bring strong stakeholder communication, employer branding support, and a reliable remote-collaboration mindset.
