Zainab Olajide

I am an independent, self-motivated graduate with a Bachelor of Agriculture from Obafemi Awolowo University and current experience as a Customer Support Specialist. In my present role I verify driver documents, support onboarding, and consistently meet verification targets while maintaining compliance with company policies.

I have freelanced as a non-fiction ebook writer and editor on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, producing work with 5-star ratings, performing copyediting and proofreading with Grammarly, and designing covers using Canva for paperback publication. I research topics, ensure originality, and manage the end-to-end publication process.

During my NYSC year I worked as a subject teacher, providing administrative support, closely monitoring student performance, and developing strong communication, time-management, and leadership skills through daily engagement with students and staff. Earlier, as an intern on a university teaching and research farm I assisted with livestock management, crop planting, nursery sterilization and daily operational documentation.

I bring reliable data-entry, document verification, and customer-facing experience combined with writing and editorial strengths, and I am eager to contribute these skills to a reputable organization where I can continue to learn and grow professionally.
