What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to apply my knowledge management, quality management, strategic planning, and Scrum facilitation experience to impactful projects that drive sustainable business growth.

At Deloitte, I support DMDC IT GEMS through knowledge management operations and quality management, reviewing cybersecurity policies against the NIST Framework and strengthening enterprise processes. I manage knowledge content in SharePoint and ServiceNow, track engagement across eight Service Units, and facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

I've also led project reporting and onboarding for Kentucky CHFS, supported Navy BUMED policy development through ERPi, and coordinated a $3.9 million USAID technical assistance program.
