I’m a results-driven Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Credit professional with 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit Risk Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, ERP transformation, and team leadership. I’m recognized as a subject matter expert in cash application, deduction resolution, order release governance, and continuous process improvement. I focus on driving process standardization and using strong stakeholder engagement to protect revenue and keep cash moving.

In my current role as Senior Credit Analyst, I manage a $300K+ portfolio across 40+ accounts and support ~$6M in monthly collections through proactive account management. I lead daily order queue governance to ensure timely order releases in compliance with credit policies, while supervising a team of 4 analysts and monitoring account cleanliness, unapplied cash, and follow-up effectiveness. I also design reporting dashboards, create and implement SOPs for Order Queue Management and Credit Review, investigate deductions to prevent discrepancies exceeding $40K, recover $50K+ in chargebacks, and resolve a $120K customer payment delay—maintaining 89% of assigned accounts in current status.

Before this, I served as an Accounts Receivable Analyst / Cash & Reporting Analyst, becoming a subject matter expert for CORA and Dimensions ERP cash application processes. I processed ~480 remittances monthly to ensure accurate and timely cash posting, and I supported the migration from CORA to Dimensions ERP by identifying and escalating configuration issues for correction. I partnered closely with US IT teams, coached teammates, and trained 5 new hires; I also co-authored the NetSuite Cash Application Technical Design Document for the ERP transformation initiative.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my foundation in AR and credit control through SAP S/4HANA AR operations, credit limits, receivable monitoring, and month-end close support. I also managed accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and vendor payments, executing internal control policies and reconciliations. With a BBA (Hons.) in Finance and CIMA—Certificate in Business Accounting, I bring structured, control-minded thinking to every O2C workflow, especially where ERP change and operational consistency matter.
