At the Harford County Health Department, I lead performance evaluations for county-wide public health programs, turning complex data and program information into actionable insights for leadership, stakeholders, and community members.

I oversee operations for tobacco prevention, chronic disease, and cannabis-related initiatives while monitoring budgets, supporting strategic planning, and advancing continuous quality improvement. I also help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and contribute to public health reaccreditation through PHAB.

Previously, I supervised Lead Poisoning Prevention and Environmental Case Management programs, analyzed Maryland performance measures, managed inventory and vendor relationships, and worked with agencies and hospitals to connect county residents with needed health services.

I'm motivated by building sustainable public health operations through clear reporting, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and practical policy-informed improvements.
