What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply mixed-methods research, program evaluation, and evidence synthesis to improve equitable public health, health services, clinical research, or policy initiatives.

At the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service, I evaluated federal nutrition program implementation and synthesized evidence for the WIC Community Innovation and Outreach initiative. I prepared policy briefs, technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership, state agencies, and community partners.

I’ve also supported behavioral health, clinical, and population health research at ProChange Behavior Solutions, Sheppard Pratt, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Maryland. My work includes literature reviews, program evaluation, qualitative interviewing, survey research, research coordination, participant follow-up, and managing reliable study data.

Currently, I collect and communicate community-informed evidence at the University of Maryland Maryland Center for Health Equity, using NVivo, R, and STATA to identify implementation barriers and strengthen culturally responsive public health interventions.
