What I'm looking for
I’m an IT infrastructure and support engineer with roughly four years of enterprise experience across US and Japanese corporate environments. My focus spans identity management (Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID), virtualization (VMware), networking (Cisco, SonicWall), and Windows Server/Linux administration.
Since relocating to Japan in 2024, I’ve been combining that infrastructure background with Japanese-language fluency. I currently provide bilingual on-site and remote infrastructure and endpoint support at Disney Japan’s Tokyo-area headquarters, coordinating directly with global IT teams to resolve cross-region technical issues.
Earlier, I delivered Tier III-level support at RPM Technologies by administering Azure/Entra ID, Exchange, and Active Directory, building and troubleshooting Cisco network infrastructure, and configuring 3CX VoIP systems.
