What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to integrate technology with human-centric service, support cross-cultural teams, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative environment.

I'm currently supporting APAC IT operations at Alpaca, helping teams work effectively with Google Workspace, Jira, Kandji, Slack, Confluence, and Mac environments.

Before Alpaca, I spent over five years as an IT Systems & Support Specialist at Decathlon Japan, supporting Windows, Chrome OS, Android, iOS, IPv4/IPv6, Openbravo, and day-to-day troubleshooting across a cross-cultural organization.

I bring a Political Science degree from Doshisha University, FullStack Developer training from Le Wagon, and professional Japanese alongside native English. I'm driven by integrating technology with human-centric service and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
