What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own customer onboarding and live support for mission-critical software, partnering with engineering on releases and troubleshooting, and helping teams improve adoption, satisfaction, and quality through proactive QA and clear communication.

I’m a customer-focused technical professional with 13+ years supporting enterprise and government software platforms, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS environments. I lead customer onboarding, deployments, and live system support for mission-critical applications, earning trust by staying deeply responsive and detail-oriented.

In my most recent role, I’ve managed 10+ enterprise accounts as the primary technical contact, led end-to-end environment provisioning and SQL data migration with validation, and drove regression testing on release candidates. I identify, analyze, and document complex defects across SaaS and network environments using defect tracking to drive root-cause resolution.

Before that, I spent years as a Test Engineer and SME validating military and maritime simulation systems, designing test plans and automated test scripts while delivering real-time quality assurance in high-pressure training environments.
