I validate NCBA Bank integrations, AI-driven product features, and listing and transaction rules using SQL. I also review requirements before development and support release readiness through test scenarios, UAT checklists, and regression packs.
Previously, I led QA for the Time & Attendance Management System rollout at ICT Authority, deployed to Kenya Revenue Authority, and automated regression tests for internal systems. At Eco-Oryx Solutions Limited, I developed and deployed an RFID Asset Management System that cut asset-tracking costs by approximately 80%; I also built membership systems for political party organizations and integrated them with Kenya's ORPP registry.
