I am a Service Delivery Analyst focused on vulnerability management and host control security in financial services, working to remediate vulnerabilities and achieve 100% compliance with Host Security Controls.

In my current role I coordinate Vulnerability Change Management across multiple RBUs, including Mobile Banking and Consumer eBanking, managing changes, impact analysis, and scheduling to minimize production risk.

I deliver production/application support and SRE capabilities: I developed monitoring dashboards using Splunk and Dynatrace, automated manual processes, mastered Jenkins for CI/CD, managed database health and JVMs, and provided primary P2/P3 and on-call support.

Previously as a programmer I provided L2 technical support, implemented interim and long-term fixes for real-estate investment applications, supported transitions, and produced service metrics. I hold certifications in Java, cloud/mobile engineering, and RHCSA and seek roles that combine security, automation, monitoring, and release management.
