What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my management and leadership experience in a mission-driven organisation with lasting social impact.

At AGCO International GmbH, I served as Interim Head of the Global Results Delivery Office and developed it into a portfolio-governance and executive decision-support capability. I rolled out governance standards across 60+ global teams and oversaw a portfolio of 250+ projects.

At Buket Capital Management / SolPro Group, I established and led the Group Strategy & Transformation Office across approximately 40 subsidiaries and 12 plants in 5 countries. The office governed 500+ initiatives, while I built planning, budgeting and investment governance around a €600M+ portfolio.

At F.A.R.E Consulting GmbH, I conceptualised and led a public-private partnership programme for soy and corn irrigation and crop production across Russia and Kazakhstan. Its first stage launched with 25k ha of operational fields and 250k ha of consolidated land.

Through JV Advisory, I now advise on strategy, organisational transformation and delivery governance. Recent work includes an AI-readiness and data-maturity assessment for a non-profit client and the design of a Strategy Execution / Results Delivery Office for an industrial client.
