What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, patient-centered acute care role—ideally in cardiovascular or medical ICU—where I can apply advanced critical-care skills, grow clinically, and support multidisciplinary teams and complex patients.

I am a compassionate BSN-prepared Registered Nurse with experience across the acute/critical, community, and end-of-life care continuum.

I independently manage complex cardiovascular and medical ICU patients, including post-operative vascular and thoracic cases, patients on continuous renal replacement therapy, and those requiring inotropes, vasopressors, anti-arrhythmic infusions, neuromuscular blockade, or mechanical ventilation. I apply hemodynamic data from Swan-Ganz catheters and arterial lines to detect subtle changes and communicate effectively with the medical team.

I have coordinated preventive and supportive end-of-life and home-based nursing care, provided wound and ostomy management, PCA pump and catheter care, and delivered patient and family education to promote wellness and disease prevention. My case management experience includes developing individualized care plans for people with physical and developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, and frailty, working closely with interdisciplinary teams.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors and current BLS/ACLS certifications, and I maintain an active state RN license. I adapt quickly to changing environments, support team members with a positive approach, and I am committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in critical and community settings.
