I’m a Registered Nurse with 5+ years of clinical experience across home health and acute care settings, focused on independent caseload management and complex patient care. I pride myself on reviewing clinical documentation, interpreting patient data, and applying evidence-based clinical criteria to support accurate decision-making.

In my current role, I manage an independent home health caseload and provide comprehensive skilled nursing care and individualized care planning. I complete OASIS assessments (SOC, ROC, Recertification, Discharge) in compliance with Medicare guidelines while maintaining >97% timely documentation, and I partner closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to monitor changes in condition and drive high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

I’ve also served as a preceptor for newly hired nurses, guiding OASIS documentation and clinical skills to help them succeed. My clinical background includes cardiac/neuro med-surg tele and step-down care, where I prioritized effective workflow and communicated abnormal findings promptly to ensure timely intervention and complication prevention.
