Managed 3–5 progressive care unit patients, monitored cardiac telemetry Q4 hours, managed NG/PEG/GJ tubes, and floated to ED, telemetry and med-surge to maintain continuity of care.

Coordinated and managed safe transport of critically ill cardiac patients, including those on IABP, Impella and ECMO, from referring centers into the Cardiovascular Center via ambulance, helicopter, and fixed-wing aircraft.

Managed critically ill post-operative and mechanically supported patients (IABP, LVAD, Impella, RVAD, ECMO), performed hemodynamic monitoring and titrated vasoactive/ sedative infusions within provider limits.

Managed 3–6 progressive care patients including ventilated patients, assisted with ventilator weaning, provided tracheostomy care, telemetry monitoring and enteral tube management.

Managed high-volume specimen processing including sorting by test index, centrifuging and aliquoting serum, and identifying mislabeled specimens to ensure patient safety.

Conducted BSL-2 biochemistry and biology research, co-authored two papers on bone citrate and nucleic acid folding, and presented findings at a national research conference.
