Experienced acute care nurse specializing in cardiac critical care and transport.
What I'm looking for
I am an acute care registered nurse with focused expertise in cardiac critical care, interfacility transport, and progressive care unit management. I have coordinated and executed complex transports for patients in cardiogenic shock on mechanical circulatory support (IABP, Impella, ECMO), cared for critically ill postoperative cardiac patients, and managed progressive care populations across multiple hospital settings.
I deliver hands-on proficiency with arterial/central lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, hemodynamic monitoring, vasopressor and inotrope titration, ventilator management, enteral access (NG, PEG, G/J), and advanced devices such as CRRT and Level 1 rapid infusers. I am patient-centered, experienced in charge nurse responsibilities, and bring research experience from a Biochemistry background that supports evidence-based practice.
