I’m seeking an ICU critical care role where I can deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care—partnering with interdisciplinary teams, managing complex monitoring and infusions, and continuing to grow through leadership, precepting, and quality/safety improvement.

I’m a CCRN critical care Registered Nurse focused on comprehensive patient-centered ICU care. I’m agile and responsive to dynamic patient needs, with clear verbal and written communication and sound clinical judgment.

In the Surgical ICU at Durham VA Health Care System, I provide critical care to post-operative and medically complex veterans—managing ventilators, vasoactive infusions, and invasive monitoring while honoring the unique physical, psychological, and social needs of military service members. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based treatment plans and respond rapidly to acute clinical changes to support safe, high-quality outcomes.

Across trauma, cardiac/medical-surgical, and Neuro ICU settings—including charge RN and preceptor roles—I’ve strengthened my ability to titrate complex infusions, interpret invasive monitoring data, and maintain hemodynamic stability using dependable clinical documentation (including Epic). I also bring healthcare risk management and patient education into my practice, helping patients and families navigate illness with confidence.
